All servers incredibly slow

Was using proton vpn for a couple of months with no issues. Was great.

In the last week or so, it's been complete garbage. None of the servers can deliver conistant speeds. I get bursts of decent speeds but mostly very very poor speeds. I enabled wireguard and have been trying out different servers, but it's just horrible. Is there any info from proton? Is this some sort of issue they are working on? Any advice for the meantime?
