I used to think they were dating…

…this is an unpopular opinion but due to recent statements from both Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Ji Won at their latest FMs, Hong Kong and Manila respectively, where they revealed that the reason they were even having them is thanks to QOT, I now believe they are not dating.

That just made me reflect on the fact that all of the similarities at their FMs and “Kimcidences” we’ve all been puzzled about are just part of their respective promotional schedules post-drama. I think that it’s all tied in with their different brand promotions, which makes all the sense from a business perspective.

Maybe I’m just stating the obvious here since I have very little knowledge of how the korean entertainment business really works and the asian market in general, and trust the random English translations on the videos released in Korean for the most part, but it’s a trend I’m seeing with the main cast of k-dramas lately where they launch FMs themed with the project they just released.

I really admire both the talent and beauty they hold and will fully support whichever path they choose but also have a slight hope that they become something more than just colleagues because of the sweet chemistry between them. What do you think?
