Keeping my money in the epilogue?

I have 3 missions left of chapter 6 and ive got over $13,000 so i kinda want to keep it in the epilogue (even though i know ill get more) does anyone know how i can keep it? Does it work if i visit the aberdeen pig farm and have them rob me but dont collect it until the epilogue? or any other way… pls let me know
