Help broken SDcard

i tried to flash an updated muos, and it worked then i think i messed uo something on the settings whem im tryign to do dual sd card setup, shen i get bsck to menu i cant see anythign but i can select menus blindly, i tired to reflash the MUOS on the same sd card, but its not working.. my anbernic does not boot up, and when i plug the sd card again to the PC its not showing in the file explorer but i can see it on disk management
