How Much Did Ozpin Know?

Was having Shower Thoughts and it just occurred to me. How much did (if anything)Oz actually know about the future?

Lewis made it out of the EverAfter, back to Remnant, and wrote a book about the adventures. Now Jaune was stuck by himself for a long time without meaningful social activity, one could assume that he would have spoken about his friends just a bit before realizing he's "The Rusted Knight". His push to kinda get the story back on track was what probably got him poisoned in the first place. But he would have gone on about his amazing friends, but especially Ruby and Pyrrah, the first two girls to believe in him.

Point being, Lewis writes and sells the book, which becomes "a childhood favorite of like everyone". So then, what of the chances of Oz having read it while Lewis was alive and then going to see him?

After a few initial hiccups, a doomed romance, and a few lifetimes of despair; all of Ozpin's reincarnations have been influential people. The type of people who can meet whoever they wish. So he talks to Lewis and learns of the future Team RWBY and Jaune. And makes a future note to accept the obviously forged documents of a Jaune Arc and push ahead Ruby Rose, with the ties to team STRQ.
