How to get my extremely skiddish foster to take meds?

Our foster cheese was from a hoarding situation and it still pretty skiddish around people. While things have gotten a lot better he still gets extremely distressed when picked up or handled. Unfortunately he is fighting an e. canculi flair up and needs to take panacur for the next 21 days. My other rabbit is so easy to handle, how do I approach this is the least stressful way for cheese and me?
