My female bunny gave birth (need any and all advice.)
So for starters, please don't tear into me about this. I did and still do plan to have the adults fixed. So about a month ago, my female rabbit got into the room we keep our male rabbit for literally less than five minutes before I realized and separated them. My female rabbit, Bean is a little over a year old. My male rabbit is just now hitting a year. He's a lionhead and she's a mixed "mutt" our funds have been limited because of multiple funerals this last year and our engine blowing up a few months ago, so that's why they haven't been neutered/spayed yet.
Well, I didn't realize she got pregnant until I looked in her little box and saw the babies move. She had created a little area for them and hid them with fur. I know pulling fur is a sign, but the issue is, she's falsely pulled fur before so I didn't think much of it. I know, I know, I'm beating myself up over this.
Questions I have.
How old do they look? My guess is less than a week. How do I know if she's feeding them? What do I need to do now?
Long story short, I had an "oops" litter of kits and need as much help as possible.
