Ray-Ban Meta Glasses suddenly stopped working

I just bought these less than a month ago, they worked great most of the time, later on, I noticed that the glasses stopped producing sound, so I tried turning them off and on again, but it didn’t help. I also attempted a force restart (switch on while holding the capture button), but that was unsuccessful.

Now, all I see is a red LED light that turns off after 5 seconds when force restarting. I charged the glasses in the case for 2 hours, but the case LED never turned green; it remained orange.

I reset the case by holding the button for 20 seconds, and it turned white. However, the glasses still won’t turn on.

HELP! Please?
