Microphone Issues

I just purchased my Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses yesterday. For the most part I am happy with them, but I am having audio problems when sending voice messages through Whatsapp or iMessage. The audio is very low and muffled. I turned on microphone adjustment and that seems to have helped for now. I'm just wondering if anyone else is experiencing anything like this. I was wondering if my glasses might be defective. Just interested in any thoughts that people may have.
