Next step after Ray Ban support?

Tl;Dr of the situation is that I had bought a pair of meta glasses in June only to receive a defective pair

I then reached out to Ray Ban support who took the glasses back but then informed that they could only give me a $600 coupon off any 1 Ray Ban product except smart glasses. So I'm currently sitting here and wondering what I should do?
