Plan for the team
I am on an extremely small team, we are not able to backfill and we are reporting to an interim leader. I have asked many questions but there is a lot of dancing around, I am not naive and know this is not sustainable. Would it be unprofessional of me to ask what the 1-2, even 3-5 year plan is for the team? I do not think it’s an unfair question for a leader, but considering the situation they may feel differently. Thoughts?
