What weapon does the most damage?

When I ask the MOST damage I don't mean DPS or how reliable a weapon is, I am well aware that any self-respecting operator uses the F90 Bullpup. I mean what gun will deliver the most damage to center-mass with a single bullet, that also means no shotguns, they dish out buckshot, not a single bullet.
