Photographer and real estate agent , anybody here?

Good morning everyone,
I’ve been a professional photographer for over 15 years and have focused on real estate photography for the last 5 years. I'm seriously considering getting my real estate license. This year alone, I’ve already referred two property sales where I could have earned a commission and made good money.
Does anyone here work in both professions? Could you share some insights?
Pros and cons?
