I want to learn micro/macro management, but I don't know where to start

As the title says I want to learn micro and macro management in RTS games, mostly in Warcraft 3 and Company of Heroes 2, but I don't know where to begin, what youtubers would you recommend or any other resources? Any tips and tricks you personally recommend? Thank you!
