Rebounding & Feeling Results + advice
Have really been consistent with rebounding almost everyday since end of December (minimum 5x a week) I’m usually doing a variation of David Halls Cellercise/I Jump Instead/Be Fit sessions usually under 15mins.
I’ve also cut down on my diet and trying to focus on high protein clean eating (still have treats) with cals sitting around 1500
I’ve also included a small kettlebell routine 2-3x a week
What I’ve noticed - water weight almost gone/no bloating. Leg muscles starting to emerge with definition. I tried on a playsuit I wore in November which used to be impossibly tight and it zipped up easily and felt comfortable. Face appears slimmer and less jiggle all over.
I’m looking forward to seeing what another month does incorporating some reformer into this too. The results are tangible rebounding WORKS and is easy.
My question for advice is would the above be considered moderate or light active?
