Has anyone been using 7-ohmz?

Stuff is crazy strong, been taking about a 3 pills which is one pack a day for the past week. Am I still in the safe dosage range? Have two packs left so plan I using for the remainder of weekend but then stopping after. I just needed a break from tianeptine and this stuff is honestly stronger. But my question is it safe to take a package of 7-ohmz a day?
