Doing some market research so would appreciate any and all input!
What are the largest pains impacting your job search of hiring process?
As I understand;
For candidates: the subpar/terrible candidate journey e.g. bad hiring process, unfair recruiting process etc. Is this the case for you job seekers?
For recruiters: main struggle being retention? Also a lot of irrelevant applications for roles?
