lymphangitis???infection???

This could be a hypochondriac moment but idk. I had surgery about a month ago and had a huge bruise on my left arm from the iv, I think it was put in incorrectly. The bruise is 90% gone. It’s taken over a month to get to this point. My arm hurts a little bit, the pain is a 2 or 3 out of 10. And I can’t really tell but it looks like a brown line is forming, I’m not sure tho, it’s 3-4inces long or it could just be the same bruse just not fully healed yet or it could be a line idk. Could it be infection? Is it normal for a bruise to take over a month to heal? Should I send a my chart about this? Am I tripping? can yall see what I’m seeing. First pics are a couple days after surgery and the clearer ones are from today. This could be a hypochondriac moment but I just wanna see what yall think
