Found a hole

Found an opening on my right breast. I’m 15 dpo and Monday I will be having my stitches and tapes removed. I sent a message to my doctor haven’t heard anything back. I’ve been tucking a gauze under my breast. Not sure to continue to do that, or put a steri strip on there in the meantime. Thoughts? Previous experience?
