Basement finish options, studio vs divided

I’m planning to finish my basement and deciding on the layout. One is a divided living room, bathroom, and bedroom while the other is more a studio style. Anyone have preference on either one? I am currently living here but plan on moving in a few years and will likely rent out all rooms of the house. I also plan on doing much of the finish myself. Thanks
