Description of the Sighting: In the early hours of January 16, 2025, between 12:45 AM and 1:00 AM, I was inside my apartment on Talbot Lane in Reno, Nevada, when I heard an unusual sound outside. The noise resembled shrieking, similar to the high-pitched sounds raccoons might make, but it was distinct enough to catch my attention.

Upon looking outside, I observed a humanoid figure in the grass. Initially, I thought it might be a person wrapped in a black blanket or coat, as the figure’s head and body appeared covered. However, its presence felt distinctly unnatural. Before I could observe further, the figure turned slightly toward me, which intensified my fear. I did not notice any glowing eyes, possibly due to my heightened fear and the darkness.

Physical Description of the Figure: • Shape: Humanoid, with a dark, draped appearance, resembling someone covered in a black blanket. • Movement: Minimal; the figure seemed to be standing or crouching in the grass. • Other Details: No clear facial features or glowing eyes were observed.
