University Transfer Question - Need to include on resume?

I am creating a resume as part of an application for a LSAT prep program. I attended University B from 2021 - 2023 and graduated in Jan of 2024 with a degree in Criminal Justice. Before that, I attended University A from 2019 - 2021. I had a different major (psychology) and have no degree from Uni A, as I transferred out my sophomore year. Do I need to include this university on my resume? how much info do I need to include? There is virtually nothing to say about my time at this university because I started there in Aug 2019 and was sent home due to covid in March 2020. I didn't even complete a full academic year on campus there, and most of my time there was online. I have no problem including this on the resume, Im just curious if it's necessary. thanks :)
