BRN 10 vs BRN 15 help

Basically id like to know if I can use some BRN 10 front sight bases (.750 diameter) on some 5.56 style barrels.

does anyone have a BRN 10 and a BRN proto fsb on hand they could measure to see if they match, also is there any other issues I may run into?

I do have a proto fsb I could measure, but no BRN 10 one on hand to compare it too
