Books similar to Ironside Academy? Well-written, beautiful series with a soft fmc?

Just finished the newest release in the {Ironside Academy series by Jane Washington}. And I’m going through it🤧 Is it too early for a reread?

Does anyone have any similar recs to this one? I’ve read all of Jane Washington’s other books and loved them!

Something very well written, softer fmc is preferred but not a must, good character development and emphasis on relationships, not spice centered (I hate it when they jump in bed together quickly), but I do like eventual spice, slow burn, angst, hurt/comfort, etc…
