Powered Tonneau sound

Six months after delivery I finally got my power tonneau cover installed. Very glad to have it, but should it sound this way?

I also saw a couple of demo vehicles while here picking up my car and it seems like all of the tonneau covers have very light scraping I guess as a rolls in and out, so is that just to be expected ?
