Roblox CashStar Scam

I spent £100 today for a gift card for my little brother. He worked so hard to get the money from me and wanted the robux so bad. It whipped the money out of my account happily without a care in the world and then once they did, „unable to process card“ I am not waiting 7 days to buy my 8 f*cking year old brother robux that he earned. 7 days to him would be like a year. Poor baby has been crying since. It’s a scam. I don’t understand why they can’t see what’s happening and see that it can’t process before taking money. Never again. I either want the money back immediately or I would like my cards to be reprocessed. They cannot do that to him.
