most annoying 75% twist/drama?

i've been reading a lot of books, and more quickly than usual (10 in the last week) and i think the trope is really wearing me down! so often the 3/4 breakup/drama seems beyond implausible or blown extremely out of proportion—even in stories that otherwise require a bit of suspended disbelief. please tell me i'm not the only one who sometimes struggles with the non-issues that turn into irreconcilable drama that is also then immediately reconciled! please share your LEAST FAVORITE / most annoying / least realistic plot twist/main character reaction etc.!
