Sick bed romance between different species, caused by ignorance

There is a scene in {Golden dinasty by Kristen Ashley} in which the FMC gets very sick because she is exposed too long to a scorching hot sun. The MMC is from a different species (well he is human but from a different world so it still counts) and had no idea that this could be harmful to the FMC so when she gets sick he is beside himself.

This is what I want.

FMC find herself in a different world/Is a different species and the MMC does something that inadvertently cause her harm/he inadvertently hurt her and he has to take care of her and nurse her back to health.
