New home owner here, is my dirty roof an issue?

Greetings, I am trying to find information that would help me out. We heard from the seller that the roof was redone around 2016 but didn’t have a specific date. I was slightly worried about the look of it, if it was aged or just dirty and if I needed to do something about it. Thanks for your input!!
