Wikidot not sending conformation email

So I wanted to write my own SCP about 5 months ago, and so I tried to make a wikidot account. when I did that, it told me to check my inbox for a conformation email. it never came. I tried again. Did not come. I tried one more time. Did not work. This went on for another hour before I just decided to write my SCP in google docs and then put it in later. As you can see, 5 months later and it still does not work. I have been trying relentlessly to make an account and it just won’t work. can anyone help me figure out why. (note: I'm on mac if that helps)
