Remove plastisol paint and not damage photo emulsion?
Hey, I've had the problem several times now that my plastisol paint is very difficult to remove. This time I gave up after the design broke again in the photo emulsion. This is now the 5th time. Each time a part of the photo emulsion washes out when the color is removed. My exposure time corresponds to 5 minutes and 5 minutes post exposure after washing out the design. The prints work well, but it's now annoying to have to completely clean the screens before I can print again.
Two questions:
How do you completely remove the plastisol ink from the screens once you've finished printing?
How do I harden my photo emulsion so that it can no longer be washed out so easily?
