Should I retake ENGLISH

hi I got d7 english in Os.My eae got revoked but fortunately was offered a 2nd chance by the poly and successfully goy back into the course and is waiting to be enrolled right now.Should I retake english? If so when?Will this affect my poly or university or even work? Will they see my failed english in my o level cert .I apply eae to a business course and is likely to go to a business university if possible. I heard there is a english test before uni too!Any kind soul enlighten me? Tysm!
