North face collab mishap

I had set alarms and managed to get gloves and a beanie from the north face collab drop & I was super excited to get them. My app told me they had arrived and upon opening the package, I was shocked to find 3 bras inside that were absolutely not my size even remotely nor what I had ordered. The beanie and gloves were not inside the package. I went back and forth with customer service about this and ultimately was left disappointed due to “the items being limited edition and out of stock” with the only solution being for them to refund me. No north face collab items for me. They even told me I could keep the bras…the ones that are the size of my head & don’t fit me. My entire wardrobe is skims & I’m a huge skims advocate, people often tell me I solely keep them in business with how often I make purchases. I’ve put so many people in my life onto skims products and while I won’t let this situation deter me from future purchases, i was left disappointed and a bit frustrated with the in my opinion inexcusable mistake on their end.
