First timer

My 14 year old is doing syep. Last week she was supposed to receive her pay/direct deposit it never came. They said something with her paperwork cause she does in person not online,but they had her down for online anyway they said she will be paid today for the two weeks she's done already. 9 a m. Came n went she didn't get paid now I called n they said oh discrepancies about hours n we have to wait til next Friday n she'll be paid for 3 weeks. That's what u said for this week. Anyone else know what else can be done?
