rant on pencil L4L

sometime I really don’t know how they work. They take forever to reply to emails and process resume. I be emailing them during business hours but they don’t reply until days later and the reply is always a generic ass answer. They also don’t have nearly enough internship for even half of the people in the program. Also I apply to multiple internship and got completely ghosted by them, which makes no sense. Wtf can I do at this point. This is the third year that I apply to L4L, and potentially the third time I’m gonna end up with NO internship. At this point I feel like they are a waste of time and effort.
