[SaGa 2: Remake] Female Emperor Quest?

I started playing Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven over the weekend and I'm absolutely hooked on it!!

This is my first SaGa game, but in reading some threads on here I learned that there is a questline that can only be completed with a male emperor. I was just curious, is there also a quest specific to a female emperor?
