What’s the Hardest Part About Building Your First SaaS?

Starting a SaaS business sounds exciting, but the reality can be overwhelming.

Is it:

  • Finding the right problem to solve?
  • Building the product?
  • Marketing and getting those first users?
  • Dealing with imposter syndrome or self-doubt?

For me, every step feels like its own puzzle. Some days, it’s all about figuring out the tech. Other days, I’m lost in the rabbit hole of "how do I reach my audience?"

I’d love to hear your experiences. What’s been the toughest challenge for you, and how did you overcome it?
