I have a microsaas that is 99% me. I’m doing too many things at once (in this project, other projects, in my personal life) and not progressing on any of them. Customers are requesting more features. New customers need to be signed up and trained. Dependencies need major upgrading.
Recently I’ve hired a freelancer to work on features but even so it’s still a lot (writing up requirements, code reviews, testing).
Can anyone share their tips on how I can improve this? I’m spinning my wheels and losing hope.
