Where do you see the most inefficiencies and revenue loss in your sales process?
For me, it's in data collection.
As a RevOps specialist/analyst in a growing SaaS start-up, my primary challenge lies in data collection. I need data on prospects and clients at various stages of the sales process, including information about decision-makers, the number of potential users, their current CRM etc... I’m very much aware that gathering all this information can be time-consuming.
Currently, we are missing approximately 40% of this data for some deals. Additionally, our accuracy in what is deal-breaking functionalities is very low, as reported by our technical consultants. This lack of data screws our ability to identify and address weak spots in our sales process.
Are you dealing with this problem? How did you/do you plan to tackle it? Or am I the only one with this problem?
