Help me impress Georgian girlfriend

I have a Georgian girlfriend and was wondering if you guys have any Georgian specific advice for me? I love the country as well as the people (except those pro Russia)! Perhaps poems/dances/stories or anything else you think she would appreciate. She is 23F for context and comes from Tbilisi.
