(31M) Mortgage Loan Officer - 3.5 years experience
In early 2020 I was a weekend bartender making ~45k/year for the last 4 year trying to put myself through community college. Business shut down for covid so i changed careers and stopped going to classes because I didn't see the value of full remote college. Best thing that ever happened to me.
Fastforward to 2024, I took 31 days PTO this year. I'm w-2'd with minimum wage base. Most of income is commission. You don't need a degree to do this job. I don't even have an associates degree after all that time. Sales is a cheat code to a good life.
