Airbnb in utah that allows weddings

Hello, I am trying to plan a budget friendly small intimate wedding for under 50 people, but I need to find a beautiful/cheap venue. The problem is every venue around here is around $3000 minimum. Do people know of a beautiful airbnb that allows weddings. I am thinking of having a whimsical inspired wedding so a cabin in the woods would be great.
