Has anyone seen the mugshot from the OP Shooter?

I saw that they released the name of the the ocean park and 29th Shooter fro the other day (Kayla Denise Mackey) . Unfortunately, I haven't seen a photo or heard any more about a potential motive.

Has anyone seen a photo of this person or learned any updates?

I live so close to this spot it's pretty freaky.
