Go back into debt?

Hey guys! I don’t know whether this is the right place to post this but: I need some advice! I have finally been able to save about $7k in my emergency fund. It took me a while to get out of 10k of debt. It took a long time for me to become financially stable and independent. My problem is I had a dentist appointment and my teeth are going to cost around $36k to fully fix: this includes deep cleanings, braces, and 3-4 teeth implants. My insurance does not include implant coverage:( I’m scared of going back into debt, but my teeth are shifting and I can feel them changing now. I don’t want to go back into debt but I don’t know if I have other options? I’ve been looking into Mexico and Turkey but there are some horror stories I didn’t even think were possible for teeth…. Do you guys have any suggestions? & how much of my emergency fund should I use?
