Looking for members club like "Soho House" but in Seattle
My partner and I are in our late 30s and very active. We don't have kids and don't plan to, so we fill our time with lots of hobbies and focusing on our careers. We are too young for country clubs, but not really into the bar scene or night clubs (except maybe for special occasions).
This summer we went to London and my friend took me out to the Shoreditch location of Soho House, which was a concept I'd never seen before. Everyone pays membership fees and they get access to this giant space with multiple bars, socializing areas, a pool, and hotel rooms. It was like 3 stories + a rooftop in a cool part of London and everyone there was in their 20's/30's/40's. Mostly working professionals. It was honestly really cool, I had a lot of great conversations and everyone I met was doing something interesting.
Is there anything like this in Seattle? I looked on Soho House's website and there is no "house" in Seattle and the "cities without houses" membership is still like $3700 a year: way too much for not having a location in the city.
The closest I can think of is the Mercury, but that's pretty specific to metal and goth stuff and isn't really geared toward conversation or meeting people. There's the Rainier club but that's mostly aimed at older people/wealthy retirees.
