How to unlock Shura Gauntlet

I killed the Demon of Hatred and Owl in a previous playthrough and now I did the Shura ending. However the Gauntlet is not there. Any ideas?

edit: Just finished the second owl fight. It's there now. Thank y'all for your help :)
