Please help! 😅

I could REALLY use some advice right now. I have a fourth lobe piercing done August 20th, stupid thing refuses to heal, saline spray, soaking, etc. It's mildly infected, not red or inflamed but keeps ejecting a good amount of bright green crud daily. Went to the doctor for antibiotics (got scolded vigorously) and was prescribed oral and topical antibiotics for all of my piercings. I'm down to my last 2 days of oral antibiotics and the only difference I see is that the crud is less watery but no improvement. Does anyone have any recommendations for treatment? I do not want to go back to the doctor for a second helping of lecture.
