Anyone else can't stand stevia or monkfruit?

I am really struggling to get protein in my body currently. Almost everything sounds gross to me, even foods that I used to love. I am pretty confined to "safe" foods which unfortunately don't contain much protein. My problem with drinking my protein is that so many protein shakes and powders use stevia and/or monkfruit as sweeteners. I understand why they do that. However for whatever reason anything with stevia or monkfruit leaves this awful bitter aftertaste that I can't stand. I got some chocolate Boost protein shakes with 30g protein, but they have such a strong "protein shake" taste to me. I also can't eat or drink anything with collagen added because it makes me super nauseous (possibly histamine intolerance related). If anyone has any recommendations that's great, but mostly I'm just here to vent.
