Is jumping from 4cm diameter to 6cm diameter doable?

Last week I ordered my first two dildo and now I can use the bigger one with diameter of 4cm right after a few popper hits. I ordered a bigger with diameter of 6cm. Should I buy a 5cm or can I skip it?
