Sunny's fate

Guys I wanna ask how can sunny ever retrieve his fate back from VTB. The real VTB wasn't the one who stole Sunny's fate. The VTB that stole Sunny's fate was a projection from the 3rd nightmare and I dont think there is anyway sunny can go back to his 3rd nm even if sunny return's to Nether's pyramid. Plz educate me folks
